What this post covers:
-Permissions concerning the Cleansed Crystal Mirror and it's potential to invade privacy.

-Some helpful suggestions Eiki can lecture on.
So this is a bit of a copy past of her permission post for Mostly Harmless, but with a few changes.
Since Eiki has the invasive ability to see what people are up to through the Cleansed Crystal Mirror, as well as look up their past sins I am making this post. This post will also cover her ability to see Black and White when she regains that skill.
Cleansed Crystal Mirror and what it does:
This is a mirror that helps the Yama judge a person based on the deeds they made in life. It has various functions which can be looked at over here which has more information on her spell cards and abilities in general.
The important part for this permissions is the fact she can look into anyones life. She can find out anything she wants from it, past sins, secrets, or even virtues. Eiki is a very upstanding person though, and will not pry for the sake of prying, and will only use it when necessary. Also, since using the mirror to gather information like that is tiering for her, she has no reason to use it first in any situation. Mostly this is here if it has plot relevance, there's no other choice, or you think it might be fun to play with. The information used can be as much or as little as you like, and any information you don't want known can be explained by Eiki was too tired to keep looking for other information.
What is this "Judgment of Black and White?"
Eiki is a yama from Hell, or Judge of Hell if you will. The job of the yama is to judge a soul after death based on it's sins, and send it to Heaven, Hell, or the Netherworld depending on how it lived it's life. Though it would be easy to assume this means "Good and Evil" it doesn't quite, as this is based on the idea of Buddhist good and evil (or more accurately right and wrong), and thus is a little different. It's more a matter of proper and improper, and not on what one might consider a traditional moral right and wrong.
For example, using a canon and none canon situation:
-Eiki tells Yuuka she should attack more humans. This statement in and of itself is not good or bad, but since Yuuka is a youkai and it's in her nature to attack humans, not attacking them is making her act improperly. Thus, she is judged black for not doing what she should, as what's in her nature. Meanwhile she tells Reimu that she needs to exterminate more youkai, as she is a miko in charge of a youkai exterminating shrine. The fact that Reimu does not work harder at her job of extermination means that she is black, because it goes against her job and nature.
-A simpler example: A lion eats gazelle, as long as it eats gazelle like it should, it is white. A gazelle eats grass, as long as a gazelle eats grass it is white. When a lion eats grass it is black, when a gazelle eats meat (or a lion!) it is black.
This same logic can be applied to any number of things.
Now, the difficult part here, is that it's not so cut and dry. For, there are other things that will contradict, so it's more or less safe to say no matter what your character has committed some sort of sin, and has black marks. Is your character an assassin? Are they a good assassin that works hard and stays true to their line of work? Were they raised that way? None of that really matters, though they will get a white mark for being good at their job, they still get black for murder....
In the end, it's about adding up, do the white marks outweigh the black marks? Whichever has the most wins, and this is more or less how karma is calculated. (Feel free to correct me if I say anything off.) I'm not asking you to count anything though! So don't worry, I just want an estimated guess on what Eiki would instantly tell on a first glance.
So, please do not worry about her knowing your secret villain is evil, because she won't know that. She will only know if their karma is bad or not, and if they have a lot of sins or not (which as I said, are unrelated to evil/good, yet not always exclusive either. When in doubt ask I guess?).
If this helps, you can think of your characters in D&D terms, lawful good is white, lawful evil is also white. Chaotic good and chaotic evil would probably be black.And there is no such thing as neutral.

I'd love to talk about this -- he's stolen money from his classmates, but that's really a sin he considers atoned due to their disproportionate response. He's been pretty disrespectful of women, and, um, he's pretty casual about swapping sex for privileges. Overall kind of a maladjusted young boy, but he hasn't done anything really awful yet.

Past sins and deeds: Although a disease acted as a catalyst to cause it all, he has murdered his friends and others (viciously, often with a bat--specifically the one he carries with himself in Mayfield 24/7) in numerous parallel worlds. None of the murders are justified and the disease was treatable via medicine or sheer willpower.
However, this incarnation of Keiichi has overcome the flaws he had in his past lives in the parallel worlds and, perverted fantasies aside, he's a person with an indomitable will, believes in his loved ones with all his being, believes conflict and pain can be avoided or fixed through words and not violence (although not always), and is selfless when helping those in need. He would gladly sacrifice himself for his loved ones.
His good deeds include motivating an entire village to stand up for and protect the child of a family the village loathed, risking his life to disarm a bomb that would have destroyed his school, preventing two of his friends from succumbing to the madness that leads to the massacres, and believing Rika Furude out of pure faith when she explained the parallel worlds despite him having no physical evidence to believe her.
However, all of his good deeds are restricted to his last three or four incarnations; considering he's had thousands of them and many ended with him as the murderer, his 'black' definitely outweighs his 'white'.
In summary: Keiichi reincarnated over 1,000 times, going from chaotic good for about the first 997 and then lawful good for the last three and current.
Cleansed Crystal Mirror, yes or no?: Yes. Emphatic yes.
Notes: I really, REALLY want to do something with this. Keiichi is already aware of some of the things he's done in his past lives and, despite knowing that anything left to learn would be terrible, wants to learn as much as possible for the sake of Rika. He doesn't think he could redeem himself for his actions even if given 1,000 years.

Deed wise, he tried to save his adoptive mother and a Celebi he befriended but ended up failing in the process. (His mother "died" and Celebi got badly hurt a couple times.)

okay I'm semi-joking but it's horrible and true. HEAVY TSUKIHIME SPOILERS BELOW...
She's actually an Executor from the Church who does nothing but kill heretics, namely vampires. She's been at it for the past 5 years, but the latest year at Misaki she's let a few go. It's a mix of compassion and using a higher priority as excuse to not be completely thorough, but she'd be ruthless with her job otherwise.
Been lax at Mayfield for obvious reasons: death isn't permanent, and she can't be an effective hunter in this environment. As for what the town assigned her, she's a derp teacher with work patterns similar to Komachi, actually: she talks and preaches big, but randomly takes breaks whenever she feels like, though she does manage to get all her stuff done. Still, ultimately she means well. TL;DR: She presents herself as strictly black and white but does a LOT of gray in virtue of being human. Possibly one of the biggest mixed bags Eiki will ever meet, (unsure)

heavy spoilers again.
Was "possessed" by a vampire at the age of 17 and killed everyone in her village, destroying everything that she had and aspired to be. Was then killed in turn. Revived 3 years later in Vatican, where the Church took her in. After confirming her immortality and magic potential, she's made a heretic hunter. A ruthless and indiscriminate killer with the "end justifies the means" morality, she's killed and killed, so she's got a LOT of blood on her hands. Also a huge liar/manipulator/deceiver, can sink to any lows to get her job done. To her credit her intents are never purely malicious, and she takes atonement VERY seriously, while being fully aware that it won't ever erase or change the fact that one has sinned.

Word of God even named him as THE most talented. He's also good to his family and friends, and especially good as a captain of his team. There might be some Black because he lost a very important game that cost his team that year's National tournament, which kinda sucked 'n'
Past sins and deeds:
Sins: Lost aforementioned match and thus breaking his promise of three consecutive National wins, contracted a very serious disease of the nervous system (even though he couldn't help it, since it went against his nature to be bedridden and sick, I'm assuming this is a sin?), got pissed and yelled at a dear friend because he was frustrated over his illness.
Deeds: Won the Under-12 Junior Tennis Tournament, became team captain, led them through two years of straight wins, obtained Muga no Kyouchi ('State of No-Self,' a rare high level tennis skill), numerous occasions where he pushed his teammates to improve themselves, agreed to risky surgery to cure previously mentioned disease and thus return him to full health, worked his ass off during rehabilitation to be ready in time for Nationals.

White or Black?: White. While she knowingly assisted Remilia in the Red Mist incident, Patchy has actively worked to help Gensokyo and its people in times since then. And in spite of their fearsome reputation, the SDM is actually pretty harmless overall.
Past sins and deeds: Patchouli's biggest sin is allowing her social phobias to shape her into the Locked Girl she is. At least that's what it would be in the eyes of Shikieiki. She has kept herself away from the outside world selfishly, and has not willingly shared her wealth of knowledge with those outside Voile. And, of course, as said before, she assisted Remilia in the Red Mist incident.

White or Black?: I have... no idea, but I would be really interested to hear your thoughts. He's a pretty great kid as a human, but incredibly less so as the Sword of Offense for the Diabolo. Based on what I have below, I think the answer is Black.
Past sins and deeds: Ren sold his soul to the devil (-) in order to save his baby cousin (+). He then took care of his freshly divorced mother (+) until she tried to kill him and he let her die in a fire (-). After turning 17, his soul was claimed by the Diabolo and he started a crusade with his BFF to save people's souls (+) by killing them (-) rather than doing his job of spreading chaos (-). That's up to where I've pulled him in canon, anyway.

White or Black?: ah, it's kind of hard to say... probably white, but only just. He's a disciplinarian, and pretty violent about it, but he gets the job done. By the current arc, he's shown he doesn't respond violently without provocation of some sort, so that weirdly compassionate side of him that shows up from time to time would just barely tip it over to white. He might change sides occasionally.
Past sins and deeds: Hibari has beaten many a person up, but to preserve the peace and rules of Namimori Middle School!! And also to save the Earth, but Namimori Middle School is clearly the more important of the two. For all his talk of biting people to death, he's only killed one person - that person, by the by, also continuously expressed that he wanted to die but couldn't - and that goes into the whole saving the world bit.

White or Black?: ...WWII Germany... though I want to say black, I'd say that he's white. He does everything he was told, after all!
Past sins and deeds: In-game stuff is more interesting, in his case. During the monster event last year, he tried to convince Tiffany and her family for her to be locked up, fearing that she was turning into a murderous monster at night. It ended up not happening, because England refused. It was revealed later that the monsters were all in their heads, and Germany had played into Mayfield's hands the whole time. The guilt from this weighs on him heavily still.

Age: Welp, thanks to Mayfield screwing with his timeline, he's 24 now.

White or Black?: WELL UM I MIGHT HAVE TO TAKE THIS TO IM. Basically, he's been kind of a pitiless warrior directly in the face of the highest authority of the city he came from since he was about thirteen, but it's also worth considering that this was the only life he knew. He was raised to think of his family's word as law, and he did. This probably counts as white- he was doing right by the only law he'd been taught to obey.
Past sins and deeds: Um, a hell of a lot of street brawling. A large number of people are probably permanently disabled because of him, and a few died of their Tybalt-induced injuries. At the same time, once again, there's an almost classically traumatic childhood she could look up if you wanted wangst or something.

White or Black?: I'm not entirely sure here, although I would say he is in more of a grey kind of area. He enjoys killing things and does not hesitate to kill something. Whether it's a spawn from hell or another human. However he will usually only attack something if he feels threatened or is provoked. Dempsey may also help another person if he feels the need to.
Past sins and deeds: Tank was apart of the Marine Raiders during the second World War. He had fought on Peleliu but was captured by the Japanese and was forced to sit in a bamboo cage for weeks on end; until he chewed through his cage and killed his guards. After that he went on a mission to fight zombies, hellhounds and space monkeys in an effort to save the world.

On one hand, he's outstandingly lawful and considering his job is to go to war he's very dedicated to it and very, very good at it. On the other hand, he lacks loyalty to those he's supposed to be fighting for and isn't beyond using incredible trickery. In general while he's lawful evil and would thus usually be considered white, I'd probably say the amount of murder and mayhem in the end puts him at black.
Past sins and deeds: He's a Nazi. And a high-ranking member who was privy to secret information and orders from Hitler. On top of that, he went on to demolish London in 1999, demolishing the city and killing three million innocents in the process.

Past sins and deeds: She unknowingly lead her empire to become a tyrannical force that killed countless people and destroyed their homes. She came up with a plan to ultimately destroy her own empire, but it meant betraying, mentally scarring and lying to the only person Kreutzer could consider a friend(Rosa Christopher) and nearly foregoing her duty as Empress. Despite being killed by Rosa, she planned it all out so it's technically suicide. Suicide is still a sin in Buddhism, right?

White or Black?: He's a fair balance between both. It honestly depends on how you look at a vampire feeding on humans to survive kind of thing. But if he did 'bad things', it was driven by doing what the Crimson Moon told him or for hatred gained from mistreatment at the hands of humans. If he did 'good things', he did it at personal gain to himself. But by your description, most of his life, he was Lawful Evil and the rest of his life, he was Neutral Evil.
Past sins and deeds: EATING LOTS OF HUMANS. He has no real stand out sins since he doesn't do bad things to be bad. His bad things would only be considered bad by human standards since he hates delving into excesses that would make him bad by other standards. But he's no good person either, believe that.
